As NBA teams gear up for the postseason, sneaker fans have one eye on the game but another on the sneakers on the court that will be releasing now through June.
As is customary this time of year, some of the leading signature kicks in the game will be getting colorway updates.
Nike has laid the groundwork for its Superhero colorways, which includes signature sneakers of Kevin Durant in a Volt, Kobe Bryant in a Poison Green, and LeBron James in a Bright Citrus. These colorways represent themes of some of the more popular superheroes today, which befits the strength and speed that Durant, Bryant, and James bring to the game. Jarrett Jack of Golden State, for one, wore the Superhero colorway of the KD V Elite during the NBA playoffs.
These signature colorways hook to a complete line of apparel – T-shirts, shorts, hoodies and pants – which include the same color hits throughout. Hit the search bar to see what’s available.
Nike also scheduled releases of two key outdoor-oriented court shoes, featuring a Hyperfuse upper of three layers of mesh, and high-abrasion green rubber (HAGR) underfoot.
