Apparel Measurement Instructions & Tips

CHEST (men) - With your arms Relaxed at your sides, measure around your chest at the armpits, over the fullest part of your chest and shoulder blades, keeping the tape horizontal.

BUST (women) - With your arms relaxed at your sides, measure under the arms, around the fullest part of chest, keeping the tape horizontal.

WAIST - Measure around your waist where you normally wear your pants, keeping the tape horizontal.

If your measurements fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a tighter fit or the larger size for a looser fit. If your measurements for chest and height suggest two different sizes, we suggest you choose the size from your chest measurement. If you don't have a tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a ruler.
