The correct placement of the Q-Ray® Bracelet is initially on the right wrist with the two terminals (balls) positioned between 1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inches apart on the top of the wrist, or "up" position. If you do not notice any difference within a few hours on your right wrist, simply switch the bracelet to the left wrist, but the terminals must be worn on the underside, or "down" position, on the wrist. The Q-Ray® Bracelet, because of its design, conforms naturally to the shape of your wrist. When worn properly, the ends of the bracelet should not come in contact with each other.

Ring Sizing
To determine your ring size:
-
Cut a strip of paper five inches long and one-half inch wide.
-
Wrap the paper strip around the base of the appropriate finger.
-
Use a pen or pencil to mark the point on the paper where the outside end of the paper strip overlaps (forming a complete circle).
-
With a ruler, measure the length from the outside end of the mark on the paper to the nearest 1/16 of an inch or millimeter, rounding up if necessary.
-
Find the closest measurement on the size chart in inches or millimeters and look to the far right column to determine your ring size. See chart below:
