| How to redeem your Foot Locker GiftCard or Gift Certificate online or over the phone: |

To redeem a GiftCard, use the 16-digit number and the PIN provided in the Email OR on the back of your GiftCard under the scratch-off foil. Note: If you have the older paper Gift Certificate or Email Certificate version, it is a 9-digit number and 6-digit PIN.** |

Coupon/discount codes may be used when redeeming a GiftCard or Gift Certificate. |

GiftCards or Gift Certificates may not be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another GiftCard unless required by law. |

After your order has been placed, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please keep this email for reference, as it lists your customer number that identifies your account. |

The new GiftCards have a scratch-off PIN on the back of the card. If you have an older Card version without a PIN, those cards can only be used In-Store. |

If you are using the older version of our Gift Certificate , which is a 9-digit card number and a 6-digit PIN number, you must redeem the certificate in full to place your order online. If you would like to redeem only a portion of an older card, or if you have any additional questions, please contact our Customer Service Department. |
