Signing In
Once you have registered, signing in gives you access to any information you have stored with us. Please note that your information is stored on a secure server.
To sign in:

  • Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
  • Enter your email address and password
  • Click submit.

Forgot Password
Forgot your password? No problem! To reset your password, follow the instructions below:

  • Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
  • Click the "Forgot Password?" link in the center of the page.
  • Enter your email address and click "Go."
  • Your password will be emailed to you.

Sorry, we will not give passwords over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register. For your protection, we will delete any stored credit cards you have saved in your account if you reset your password.

Change Password
If you would like to change your password, follow the instructions below:

  • Click the "My Account" link at the top of the page.
  • Click the "Change Password" link in the center of the page.
  • Enter your email address and passwords and then click "Submit."
  • Your new password will be activated and your old password will be disabled.

For your protection, we will delete any stored credit cards you have saved in your account if you reset your password.

Changing Billing and Shipping Information
Login to your personal account and click the "Address Book" link to modify your address book. You can also set your default billing and shipping addresses here.

Modify An Address
To modify an address on your account:

  • Click on the "Edit" button next to any address
  • Make your changes
  • Click next to have your changes verified by UPS
  • Review the address
  • Click Next to save the changes

Setting a Default Address
To set an address as the default billing or shipping address:

  • Click on the "Make Default Billing" or "Make Default Shipping" button next to the address
  • Click "Next" to confirm the address

Changing Stored Credit Cards
Login to your personal account and click the "My Credit Cards" link to add or modify your stored credit card(s).

For your protection:

  • We do not and will not store CVV's anywhere.
  • Every time a credit card is used for payment, you must enter in the CVV.
  • Once a credit card number is entered, only the last four digits will ever be displayed. Full credit card numbers will not be shown.
  • If you edit or add any address in your Address Book in My Account, then all saved credit cards will need to be re-verified in checkout.
  • If you wish to update any credit card number, you will need to delete the old credit card and enter a new one.
  • If you need to update the expiration date, you will be able to modify it.
  • We will delete any stored credit cards you have saved in your account if you reset or modify your password or change your email address.

Modify Login Information
To modify your login information:

  • Click on the "Edit Login" link on the My Account page
  • Make your changes
  • Click next to review your changes and once again to update your changes.
