Now you can order your kicks, clothing and accessories online and pick them up at a Foot Locker store near you! As you shop our site, just look for gear with the Store Pickup icon to see if they are available at your local Foot Locker. If there's a certain item or size that's available anywhere in our system - whether it's at another store or online - we'll locate it and ship it to your preferred store.
Store Pickup Ordering Instructions
- When you find a product available for Store Pickup, click on the button. Please note: Not every product is available to pick up in store.
- Select the size you need.
- You'll then be asked to locate and select the Foot Locker store at which you'd like to pick up your order.
- During checkout, provide your name and contact information (or the name and contact info of the person picking up the item).
- After the order is placed and verified, a pickup confirmation email will be sent.
- When you go to the Foot Locker store to pick up your order, bring the pickup confirmation email (or show the associate the email on your phone) and a valid photo ID.

Additional Store Pickup Notes
- Only the person designated to pick up the package during the online checkout process will be authorized to receive the order by a Foot Locker store associate.
- A reminder phone call and email will be sent to you if your package has not been picked up after 2 days. A final reminder email goes out after 6 days. Any packages not picked up after 7 days will be mailed to the billing address used on the order.
- Drop shipments, items with additional shipping charges, GiftCards and customized/pesonalized products are excluded from the Store Pickup program.
- We only accept credit cards or GiftCards as payment for Store Pickup orders.
- Store Pickup is available in the contiguous United States only.
- All orders are subject to complete verification.
