Series Continues to Invent New Looks

With its summer 2018 debut, the first installment in the Jordan Aura line borrowed hits from the Jordan Retro 10 and 11. The elastic midfoot lace bands look straight out of the 11, and the shiny toe cap recalls the legendary patent leather mud guard. The layers on the back half of the upper borrow from the 10. You can still find it in Black/Black or Black/Court Purple/White with a hit of bright yellow on the midsole.

For the sequel, the Jordan Max Aura 2, designers again mashed up elements for a unique look. The quilted look of the Jordan Retro 13 is evident along the laces of the Aura 2, and the look of the Retro 11 returns again with a patent leather mud guard. Let that patent leather shine on the Black/Black colorway, or go with the Black/Grey that offers just a taste of red.
