NBA All-Star 2026 Sweepstakes Official Rules

 

No Purchase Necessary. A Purchase Will Not Increase Your Chances of Winning.

 

1.      Eligibility: The NBA All-Star 2026 Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is  open only to legal residents of the United States who are members of the Foot Locker FLX Rewards Program in good standing and who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Foot Locker Retail, Inc. (“Sponsor”) and of the NBA Properties, Inc., the National Basketball Association (the “NBA”), and the NBA member teams (collectively, the “NBA Entities”), as well as the respective affiliates, agents and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of such  employees, are not eligible to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

2.      Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM ET December 14th, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM  ET on January 12th, 2026 (“Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible. Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3.      How to Enter: There are two (2) ways (either 3(a) or 3(b)) to enter:

a.  Using Points: Log into your FLX Rewards Program account to access this Sweepstakes. Follow the instructions to redeem 1,500 points for one (1) entry. Mark the check box after reading the Official Rules. Once your points are redeemed for an entry into  this Sweepstakes, the points will automatically be removed from your account.

b.  By Mail: Neatly print your first and last name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number along with the Sweepstakes name, NBA All-Star 2026 Sweepstakes, on a 3 X 5 postcard. Please mail to NBA All-Star 2026 Sweepstakes, Attn: FLX Rewards Program, 1 Pennsylvania Plaza, Floor 32 New York, NY 10119. Entries must be postmarked during the Entry Period and received before the drawing date. Entries received after the drawing date will not be acknowledged.

For all Entries: There is a limit of five hundred (500) entries per person, regardless of method of entry. Violation of entry limit will result in disqualification of all entries. By entering, you indicate       your full agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, which are final and binding.

4.      Drawing: On or around January 19th, 2026, Sponsor, or a third party on behalf of Sponsor, will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing of all entries received. The odds of being selected depend on the number of entries received. Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner(s) via email or text message within five (5) days of the drawing. If a potential winner does not respond  within three (3) days after Sponsor’s notification, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in his/her place at random from all remaining entries received.

5.      Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner and their designated travel guest (“Travel Companion”) will be required to complete, sign and return a notarized declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release within three (3) days of date of issuance of notification. If a potential winner and/or Travel Companion fail to sign and return these notarized documents within the required time period, and time permits, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. Sponsor will attempt to contact a maximum of three (3) alternate potential winners.

6.      Prize: One winner will win one (1) prize bundle consisting of: (i) a three (3) night accommodation at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in Los Angeles, CA (check in on Friday, February 13, 2026 and check out on Monday, February 16, 2026) for winner and one (1) of winner’s designated Travel Companions; (ii) two (2) tickets to NBA All-Star Saturday (Upper Level Sidelines) (Saturday, February 14, 2026); (iii) two (2) tickets to the 2026 NBA All-Star Game (Upper Level Sidelines) (Sunday, February 15, 2026); (iv) two (2) tickets to NBA Crossover (for one day only of the following dates in 2026: Friday, February 13, Saturday, February 14, or Sunday, February 15); (v) two (2) tickets to Pre-Game Hospitality: Experience NBA Legend Meet & Greets, interactive games,  and exclusive dinner stations at Tom’s Watch Bar – 3900 W. Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303 (Saturday, February 15, 2026 AND Sunday, February 16, 2026 only); (vi) one (1) One Thousand Dollar ($1,000 USD) American Express gift card; (vii) two (2) 1-month NBA League Pass Subscriptions; (viii) Round trip transportation to/from the Westin Bonaventure for winner and guest; (ix) and two (2) Los Angeles City Passes (CityPASSÂź gives you one-time access to the Warner Bros. Studio Tour plus three L.A. attractions of your choice). The approximate retail value  of the prize bundle is $10,494.00 USD.

Winner and Travel Companion must comply with hotel and event arena rules, regulations and restrictions, as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply with respect to the prize elements (including without limitation with the American Express gift card, etc.). Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of applicable prize element, and Sponsor is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the prize or the unavailability to the winner and Travel Companion of all or any part of the prize resulting from the application of any such restrictions and regulations.  Exact seat locations at the designated prize events shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.  Each winner and Travel Companion are solely responsible for obtaining the required travel documents, including valid identification, and for all fees associated therewith (if any) prior to departing. No credits, refunds or substitutions will be made if improper documentation or failure to meet the hotel’s, and event arena’s or any other prize element entity’s respective requirements results in denied entry and/or use; additionally, that prize element will be forfeited and Sponsor will have no further obligation to winner and/or to Travel Companion.  

Hotel accommodations must be made through NBA Experiences on the dates designated by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner for the drawing at issue. Sponsor reserves right to change the dates of any prize element. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, passes, hotel vouchers, gift card or certificates.

Travel Companion must be at least 21 years of age as of February 13, 2026. Travel Companion must travel on the same itinerary and at the same time as the winner.

The Released Parties (as hereinafter defined) are not responsible if any event to which access is included in the prize is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event that portion of prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided, except as determined solely by Sponsor. All prize details are at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value of his/her trip. Sponsor is not responsible for any decrease in the value of the prize or the unavailability to the Grand Prize Winner and Travel Companions of all or any part of the Grand Prize resulting from the application of any such restrictions and regulations.  No credits, refunds or substitutions will be made if improper documentation or failure to meet any requirement of a prize element organizer or provider results in denied boarding or entry, and the trip will be forfeited, and Sponsor will have no further obligation to Winner and/or to Travel Companion.

Winner is responsible for paying all other costs and expenses not expressly stated above, including without limitation income taxes and any other taxes, all transportation (including without limitation flights, ground transportation, taxi and/or ride share fares), additional activities and excursions, checked baggage costs, meals, snacks, beverages, and food, parking, incidentals, tips, telephone calls, room service, souvenirs, gratuities, items of a personal nature and other costs, fees or surcharges, including those incurred by the winner and Travel Companion. Prize details not specified above will be determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion. A prize may not be transferred prior to award and must be accepted as awarded. A winner may not request cash or a substitute prize; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with another prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize is not available for any reason, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

7.      General Conditions: In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes; or (b) award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited.

8.      Privacy and Publicity: Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Statement. Except where prohibited, participants in the Sweepstakes agree to be bound by these Official Rules and constitutes your consent to Sponsor’s and/or the NBA Entities’ and their respective designees and assigns use of your name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, city/state of residence, photos, video or film clips, and/or other visual likeness, including any posts you make with the #BornToFLX    hashtag, for advertising, promotional and/or trade purposes and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known without further compensation (financial or otherwise), consideration, permission or notification and for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.   

9.      Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree the Sponsor, the NBA Entities, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and Sweepstakes agencies, and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, governors, owners, distributors, retailers, agents, assignees, advertising/promotion agencies, representatives, and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability and will be released and held harmless from and against any claim, cause of action, liability, loss, injury or damage,  arising  out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) any errors on the social media platforms that may prevent an individual from participating or receiving direct messages; (d) printing errors; (e) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (f) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of posts; or (g) personal injury or death to winner or any third party or damage to personal or real property due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by any reason, including the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize and/or participation in this promotion. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees or other legal costs. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

10.   Disputes: You agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of New York or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than New York.

11.   Winners: To request a list of people who have won a prize worth over $25, send a self- addressed, stamped envelope to NBA All-Star 2026 Sweepstakes Official Rules, Attn: FLX Rewards Program, 1 Pennsylvania Plaza, Suite 3200 New York, NY 10119. Requests must be received within thirty (30) days of the end of the Entry Period.
